My Instant Ads Anti-Spam Policy

This Anti-Spam Policy applies to My Instant Ads, its Traffic Exchange, banner advertising, text advertising, referral program, public profiles, member websites, and related services available through https://myinstantads.com.

My Instant Ads is owned and operated by Frank Salinas. In this policy, “member,” “user,” and “you” refer to anyone who accesses or uses the site. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Frank Salinas and My Instant Ads.

Zero-Tolerance Spam Policy

Members may promote their My Instant Ads referral link, profile, or approved advertising only to people who have requested or agreed to receive that type of communication.

You may not use unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited private messages, automated messaging systems, harvested contact lists, purchased email lists, or any other form of unwanted communication to promote My Instant Ads or anything advertised through the site.

Prohibited Promotion Methods

The following activities are prohibited:

• Sending promotional email to people who did not request it or give permission to receive it.
• Using scraped, harvested, rented, purchased, or third-party email lists without documented consent.
• Posting referral links or advertisements in forums, groups, comment sections, chat rooms, social media communities, or message boards where promotional content is not permitted.
• Sending repeated or unwanted private messages through social media, messaging apps, or online communities.
• Using misleading subject lines, false claims, deceptive identities, or hiding the true destination of a promotional link.
• Promoting My Instant Ads through malware, browser hijacking, forced redirects, automatic downloads, pop-under abuse, or deceptive software.
• Using bots, automated traffic, proxies, traffic generators, or other artificial methods to create referrals, website views, advertising impressions, clicks, or account activity.

Responsible Referral Promotion

Members are responsible for how their referral URLs and promotional materials are distributed. Referral links should only be shared through permission-based email, your own website, approved advertising services, social media locations that permit promotion, or direct communication with people who have requested the information.

You must not claim that My Instant Ads guarantees income, sales, profits, referrals, website conversions, or business results.

Traffic Exchange Advertising

Advertising displayed inside the My Instant Ads Traffic Exchange must comply with our Terms of Use and all applicable laws. The Traffic Exchange may not be used to promote spam services, email harvesting, fraudulent offers, illegal content, deceptive downloads, malicious software, or systems designed to generate fake traffic or clicks.

Members must not use misleading buttons, fake system notices, deceptive countdowns, forced browser actions, or other techniques intended to trick visitors into clicking or submitting information.

Complaints and Enforcement

We may investigate any spam complaint or evidence of prohibited promotion. During an investigation, we may temporarily suspend an account, advertising campaign, referral privileges, commissions, or access to the Traffic Exchange.

Accounts found to be involved in spam, abusive promotion, fake traffic, automated activity, or repeated policy violations may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice. Advertising credits, commissions, prizes, or other account benefits connected to prohibited activity may be removed.
